Anitech teaches Kaizen and why, where and how to use it. 
We help identify Value-adding and Non-value-adding activities, Waste elimination and techniques to sustain the Continuous Improvement process throughout the enterprise.

Our goal = Train your staff to find tangible savings in cost, time and inventory, by making actual improvements during a 4 to 5 day Kaizen event.

Techniques taught:

5S; Visual Controls, Changeover/Setup reduction (SMED); Just In Time (JIT); Takt time; 1 Piece pull; Level Production; Standard Work;

Biasing company cultural toward Lean. 

Kaizen Events typically are planned for 4 to 5 days. We train your associates, we train your trainers. Your lean leaders continue the practice after we leave.
