eLean B2B Platform Strategy:

Supply chains need velocity and connectivity in order to keep a competitive edge.  After lean initiatives in individual plants, it remains necessary to streamline information flows and collaboration across company boundaries.  Forward thinking supply chain organizations are using Six Sigma B2B methodologies to analyze and determine where and how to "Lean-out" their value stream.

Supply chain cost reductions and throughput time reductions are made by first modeling the cross-company, cross-functional supply chain, followed by a Six Sigma analysis and resolution of current-state cost and time drivers,  to arrive at a  waste-free target state for all Supply Chain Partners, product lines and B2B information flows.
