Vice President - Lean Manufacturing

Brief job description: Develop, transfer and lead company cultures of continuous process improvement for client corporations to continually improve their productive environments.

Recommend and initiate process control systems to assure operations and supply chain efforts provide strategic competitive advantages for our clients in their respective  marketplaces.

Responsibilities: Provide the necessary leadership to Executive Management to identify strategic and operational objectives, assess current states, and implement new process improvements in functional areas supporting these objectives.

Identify and facilitate problem areas and recommend focus for Quality initiatives starting with Value Steam Mapping and Process Mapping to identify effective, efficient and economic business processes and practices.

Mentor Client participants and direct educational training initiatives and Kaizen events with various business units to promote quality initiatives, continuous improvement, lean operations and lean supply chain measures to meet their on-going objectives.
