Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) 

Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (O.E.E.) is the goal of TPM.

 
During a TPM workshop, your team will learn and measure the 6 big losses of equipment uptime.  They will implement actual improvements to increase machinery productivity during the hands-on workshop.
